Best old style chocolate in NYC
Varsano's chocolate is without exception, the real deal: rich, tasty, exotic texture and wonderful home made centers. It just doesn't get any better than this, for any price.

Good chocolates
We found this tiny shop and quickly went back for seconds. The caramels are excellent. The owner is an especially nice guy. We'll be back.

Best Homemade Chocolate in the City
I have been going to Varsanos for almost seven years now. Marc, the owner, makes his own chocolate and runs the shop which is clean and friendly. But the most important thing - the chocolate! IT IS INCREDIBLE! It literally saw me through grad school exam time for years! Now, even though I no longer live in the neighborhood, I am still a frequent customer. Marc comes up with innovative and impressive choco-creations. I love the marshmallow swirls and the chocolate-covered oreos are something else! But my favorite is a good ol' caramel. Delicious! Now, I call them for all needs chocolate, including holidays, birthdays, and even friends' weddings! An absolute must-try for chocolate lovers.
