Selection is great
Variety is a large scale buffet style restuarant located in Midtown. It has everything. From Arroz Con Pollo, to Mac and Cheese, sandwiches, to Udon Soup located in the back. Variety's selection is huge so if you're going to go, bring your appetite. Quite packed from 12-2pm so if you don't like crowds and the hustle and bustle, don't go between those hours. Seating is upstairs. You select whatever you want to eat, and pay as much as you take. I enjoy coming, and I'll be back again, and again, and again.
