    Decent place without the crowd

It's a diner so don't expect anything other than that. They have decent lunch specials (the wrap specials in particular are solid values), and the staff is usually friendly. The nice thing is that the place is so large you are never dealing with someone backing into you, or trying to shout over a crowd, and they don't try to rush you out (feel free to bring a book). Or show up with several people and you won't need to wait an hour to get seated.

They never cease to get my order wrong!

The atmosphere looks pleasant but I always take out. I feel that 9 times out of 10 I get ripped off. I wouldn't mind the prices if at least they got my order correct. Once I had french toast. That's it. An order of french toast to go. When I got to my desk I could not eat it as it was swimming in uncooked batter. Not to mention I payed a whopping $8 ish dollars for it. No sides. Nothing. Just now im having a egg and ham breakfast platter with toast. Well instead of the traditional home fries i got stuck with cold french fries. Again $8ish dollars. No coffee. Nothing. It is just so dissapointing every time I decide to give this place another shot. In my opinion, just get safe stuff like regular coffee and a muffin. Better yet, get them from the cart on the corner. At least your order will be right and you'll end up paying much less. I haven't been brave enough to takle the rest of the more expensive menu.

    Prices have increased, quality hasn't

I used to frequent this place, but over the past year or so, they have jacked up their prices by 15-20% and I haven't seen a commensurate increase in food quality or service. Hard to justify paying $12 for a wrap at a diner. Used to come here for the basic greasy spoon offerings and reasonable prices. Now it's harder to justify visiting.

    Consistent

Diner is clean, consistent. Breakfast is a good price, lunch has several options. For the location, you can't beat this place.

    Overpriced

Just paid way too much for an omlette with nothing with it and it wasn't even good.

2nd time there, disappointed both times

I got a tuna triple decker there 2 weeks ago--first time trying diner and they screwed it up. I've never had a bad tuna sandwich from a NYC diner. This had like extra salt and it was not good. Today I decided to give them another chance. Got a turkey burger. I'm eating it now and it's also not good. Even the pickle is tasteless. I can't imagine a diner that can't make a good tasting burger or tuna sandwich being able to make anything decent let alone sticking around.

    Best comfort food in Soho!

Makes an awesome chicken soup, and serves it with a smile! The Meatloaf is very tender, very juicy, yummy flavor!... Espresso Vanilla Milkshake! YUMMO!!
