excellent grilled sandwiches!
We order take out from here for work at least weekly - its fantastic!! Try the huge salads or amazing grilled sandwiches.

EXCELLENT FOOD!
The food at (V) is absolutely delicious... I recommend the avocado sandwich.

Incredible Food and relatively low price
I was there yesterday at lunch time and ordered Hot Avocado sandwich and a Minestrone Soup. Both the sandwich and the soup were incredible, very tasty and also the prices are relatively low. I will start ordering delivery from the restaurant. I recommended everyone to try this place.

Eh..
The sandwich I had was too saucy. Also, it sort of had no taste. I would eat here again ONLY because I live a block away and I'm lazy. Also, fish is not a vegetarian food, it is pescetarian. So, technically, this place is not vegetarian.

Amazing Vegetarian Food
I have been here a few times, and it has been consistantly great. I have enjoyed the toasted sandwhiches with avocado, and the Greek salad was amazing! We used V to cater a lunch where I work and everyone (carnivores included) was happy.

Perfect Vegetarian Sandwich/Salad Place
For vegetarians, it is difficult to find a high quality salad and sandwich place on the upper aast side. This friendly 3-table shop is a perfect, when I am taking a break from museum mile, picking up stuff for a picnic in the park, or grabbing something to take home for a light dinner. I've not tried their catering, but, I assume it would be a great low-cost option if you have vegetarian or kosher guests.

Wow!
Good food good prices. I love the toasted sandwiches. They also have great breakfast. The people are very friendly.
