    Very Good.

The Pho Veggie Soup is delicious. One of the best in the area. I am a regular guest at this resturant. The owner and employee always take care of me. I suggest this place for sure!

    Surprisingly good and affordable

I was in the East Village with someone who knows the area, and she recommended V-Nam Cafe. It looked like a little hole-in-the-wall, but I was surprised at how delicious the food was. The portions are extremely generous and I got a heaping portion (enough for one meal + the next day's meal!) of rice vermicelli with sesame tofu and veggies...with a delectable soy/lime sauce, served in a lovely bowl... for only $7.50. Service was friendly and fast. This is a great value for your money if you don't mind sitting in a small cafe...but it's worth it.
