Pasta was cold and some pappardelle were raw and clumped together. The eggplant appetizer wash mushy and tasted old. Chef boyarde not fully heated up. Sorry, tried to like this place.

Had brunch here...food was quite good...delicious sausage...would absolutely try for dinner next time. Place is warm and inviting and back garden room is very pretty. Service was a little slow (server looked a little overwhelmed- even though it wasn't too crowded) but...would absolutely go back.

Can't say enough amazing things about this place. The only negative i have is that it is a bit crowded; try to get the back patio room as it is perfectly heated and a bit quieter than the main dining room. We had an incredible meal between the 4 of us with fresh burratta, antipasto, sole with zucchini puree and potatoes, veal-stuffed ravioli, gnocchi and spaghetti and meat balls. As we were leaving one of the waitresses accidentally dropped a bottle of olive oil and droplets of it flew everywhere, all over my friend and I who were sitting closest to it. The waitress immediately apologized profusely, got the manager for us without us having to ask, and he came to us promptly with apologies, two warm towels for blotting and gave us his card letting us know to charge him for any dry cleaning services we may need. He stayed with us to see the progress of our clothes and ensured he would take care of us. Again, impeccable service. Accidents happen, and to see the staff jump to our needs at the busiest time of night was so refreshing. We will continue to eat here often. No complaints.

I don't know who these people are who've given this restaurant a not-so-good review. I've eaten here 3 times, the food is outstanding! Yes, it's not very big inside and a bit crowded, but it's crowded for a reason... it's GOOD.

I come here frequently and I love it every single time. Food is delish as is the wine and atmosphere. I feel like I'm in Italy when I come here. The waitresses are helpful & nice. Love the back patio. I don't know how anyone could say anything negative. Love this place!

The restaurant is was very crowded with young people ages 20-30's. The tabless are small with hard wooden chairs. I immediately ripped my nylons on the rough wood. I ordered a pasta with veal. you could tell it was microwaved because the top of the pasta was warm and the bottom was very cold. Our dessert was a scoop of strawberries with some whip cream on top and the chocolate cake tasted like a mix. We had a table of 8 and no one finished their food and it was not because anyone overly enjoyed it!

Just got back from brunch at Uva, and I'll say this: it's a wine bar. Nothing more, nothing less.
