I ordered and the food was perfect and delicious. But really I don't know if I will order again to this place because of the service. I forgot to put my apartment number so I called to mention that. The the delivery guy called me (to my phone) and he was screaming in Japanese. So I went down and he didn't has change neither when I paid him. It was a very bad experience. Look I'm not from here so I know what's like when you don't know a language but this was out of the edge.

placed an order for dinner at 630 and the food never showed up. called the restaurant an hour later and they gave me the typical "its on the way" after calling twice, they stopped answering the phone.. how rude and unprofessional. never again.

i've ordered several different items from here on quite a few occasions and they have always been excellent. their sezchuan dumplings are unlike any other dumplings because it comes with an awesome spicy peanut sauce, their bbq ribs are great, etc etc. just very solid chinese food for the ues.

Orange chicken lunch (egg roll, rice-$6.95) breading pasty, orange flavor was very odd, not sweet, sauce was way too spicy; egg roll had no ingredients of note, just shredded cabbage—if they could it would’ve been filled with air. Eggplant, squash zucchini combo ($8.95) was good; sauce was rich and tasty. We only order from this place to get their garlic sauce, which we use on our own dishes. This time we ordered and paid for a pint of garlic sauce, but only got a half-pint. Prompt delivery. Low prices for a reason. (Note—through the years their dishes have been extremely greasy and overloaded with fillers (like onions, leftover vegetables, etc.)

When this restaurant was Uptown Cottage, the food was definitely better quality. I ordered sweet and sour chicken yesterday and ended up having to throw away more than half of my meal because it was just fried flour balls, with a watery sauce and fried rice that tasted oily and stale. Very disappointed.

I really like ordering from this restaurant because it is so convenient and cheap. I hope they read this post. The quality of food has gone down with new management. And it comes down to the details. Sometimes I order a beer and it is delivered warm (like pulled out of a backroom). This is just unacceptable and thoughtless. It makes me worry about what's going on in the kitchen. Please improve!

This restaurant's food quality has declined a great deal. The last dish I ordered was to be spicey; it was watery with brown water as gravy which was tasteless. Time for me to move on. The staff is great. Change the cooks.
