Food is okay
I went there with my two of my friends. Now it's a diner, and I didn't expect anything marvelous or fancy. The food seemed to be decent. however, the waitresses acted like divas. poor service. when it was time for us to pay our bills, one of the waitresses just handed it to us and didn't even bother to come and collect it. oh, and they don't get the customers enough napkins ;)

Average food
I ate here with my best friend last weekend after a long walk around Union Square. Our meal was adequate for the prices, nothing entirely special but not bad either. The waitress could have been a tad more upbeat and friendlier, and glad that she HAS A JOB IN THIS ECONOMY, instead of looking like she was miserable.

Frozen patty
Atmosphere isn't really a concern when eating at a dive - that part of it can be charming. But when you order a burger from a diner, you expect a certain level of satisfaction. I haven't seen a burger like that since cafeteria lunches in highschool. It was obviously a frozen patty, and old to the point where it couldn't be rescusitated. The fries where old and full of grease.

A Decent Diner
What you see is what you get, I suppose, and what you get is good enough. My friend and I had seen a movie in the area, and were looking for a place to get a quick bite, as they say, and sure enough this place did the trick. The food was decent, and the portions were pretty big. Our waitress was a bit brusque, but the rest of the staff were friendly enough, so hey, I guess some people are just like that. I also encountered my first ever glass ketchup bottle from which the ketchup just slid out perfectly, though, which makes me a bit suspicious of witchcraft. And I also sat at the smallest booth I've ever sat in. Or rather, I sat in a chair next to the booth, because the booth was too small to seat a person (I know it was meant for one person, but still, that's just too small). So yeah, overall it's a decent diner. There's nothing particularly memorable about it, but if you're not looking for something particularly memorable, then I see nothing wrong with it.

Diner Dash
If you aren't afraid of small spaces then you might do OK here. It's a tiny place and they totally cram it with as many people as possible, rushing you the entire time. The waitress even took our home fries off the table when we weren't done with them. Not the typical, relaxing diner breakfast I had hoped for.

Are you kidding me?
The atmosphere was that of a library. My waitress said all but 2 words to me, and the food was average at best. I would have been better off with a bowl of cereal at home.
