Chile Relleno?
OK so I usually get burritos from moe's but even lately they have been falling off in quality. Today I decided to try a chile relleno platter. When I got back to the office and inspecting what they gave me all i have to say is WTF?! Here is a link to what a chile relleno is supposed to be: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chile[_]relleno What I got was a pepper folded into a cooked egg almost like an omlette. I do not think I am EVER going back. The people are friendly and service is decent and atmosphere is good but food is not a good deal for the money.

The world tiniest burrito
The place looks ok, the service is fine, but they are SO CHEEP. $8 for the smallest burrito I ever saw tiny scoop of chicken, 2 slices of avocado and a little lettuce. seriously? didn't even taste like authentic Mexican food. Mexican food uses cheep ingredients, so a decent portion it is not too much to ask. I would NEVER eat there again.

A good alternative to Chipotle
I love burritos and there is a Chipotle closer to my office but i always make the trek to Uncle Moes. I think the "Uncle Moes Burritto" is delicious - and has just the right seasonings. Chipotle is too spicy and upsets my stomach but Moes is just right. Get a bag of nacho chips on the side - but be sure to pick up some of the self serve salsas to go with them because they are somewhat bland.

no. no... n-no.
mmmmmm, another mediocre burrito joint in the city! mmmm. oh look, pictures of taquerias in cali, it's autheeeeentic!! mmmm. flavorless refrieds and rice, deliiiiicious! no, but for real, the meats are pretty decent, but the rice, beans, guac, pico and hot sauces are so blah that it doesn't even really matter. try a taco or something with minimal toppings, you'll probably enjoy it.

Stone Cold Nuts
Fine, fresh food that is as authentic as u will find in NYC. Remember, they don't serve "fast food", they serve fresh food as fast as they can (I loved when they told me that). If you can restrain urself from all their fine offerings save room for the specialty of the house - a rice pudding empanada. Pure bliss. You gotta go to Moes...
