Let's be honest not every restaurant can be a Michelin rated restaurant. This is a decent quality place with a nice staff and good food.

Wanted to like this place because I live close by. Ordered papaya salad: had no papaya or avocado, was just iceberg lettuce and a few carrot dlivers and bean sprouts. Also got short ribs, which were extremely fatty and mostly inedible. On a positive note the delivery time was only about 20 mins. Won't order again and not recommended.

I've never been in a restaurant where the waitresses eat next to you, forget your order, talk on the phone and never once ask is everything ok until the tip is non existence. I will never go back!

Very tasty. Can also order light on the oil for a fresher dish. Veggie dumplings, fried wontons and spicy basil noodle with tofu and vegetables are the best!

I have been to the restaurant a number of times and ordered delivery once or twice. For me, the delivery was fine and the food was great, none of the problems that others are reporting here. When it comes to eating at the restaurant, this is really one of my favorite places to go out to dinner. As someone who likes to have conversations over dinner the music (although always unpredictable pop choices) isn't too loud, and the setting is comfortable. Their dishes are good-sized, and everything I've had, I've loved. Here are my favorites: For appetizers, the veg. spring rolls, the fresh summer rolls (with delicious plum sauce) and the veg. dumplings. For main dishes, I nearly always get the cashew nut stir fry with tofu and vegetables. Once, I also got the Rama Queen (peanut sauce, broccoli, tofu, etc) which was great, but could not take the place in my heart of the cashew nut stir fry. It's a bit spicy, with great flavor.

Food is DECENT, not great. I WAS a frequent delivery customer until I waited over 1 and 1/2 hours for a delivery that is 1 1/2 blocks away. I'm often met with frustration when trying to place a delivery order over the phone but this was ridiculous. Called them twice and each time was told "it was on the way." After an 1 1/2 hrs pass, I called for the third time, spoke to a "manager" and was "told" my order was a pick-up, not a delivery and had been ready for sometime. Puzzled as to why I was informed twice my food was on the way, I informed her of the mix up and that I was a frequent customer. Instead of being polite and professional, she was unapologetic and rude as she offered me a free Thai Tea for compensation, which is something they serve free with lunch... I informed her I didn't care for the tea that much and asked if my $4 appetizer could be comped. She quickly told me "NO!" and said they would scrap my original order and make me a fresh one and deliver it. I say "you will scrap a $20 order and make me a new one, just to avoid comping a $4 appetizer?" She says "yes." I say "you're going to lose a $20 delivery tonight and a frequent customer just to save $4???" She says "yes." I say "goodbye and good luck with your business..." I'll be spending my hard earned $ elsewhere.

They're very reliable, so my wife and I are regulars.
