is this any way to run a restaurant?
Tonight I ate at Cafe U. I chose the goat lasagna with roasted vegetables because of the addition of the vegetables. Well the roasted vegetable were microscopic. When I pointed this out to the waitress she aske me if I wanted some vegetables on the side and I said okay. Well the vegetables never came and neither did the owner come over to try to make me happy, although he came over to the two other parties in the cafe. In my opinion this is poor customer service and I do not care to return. The lasagna was just okay. The place is rather expensive and I don't think it's worth the money. I'm very disappointed the Cafe U.

Great Kosher
My friend took me here for my Birthday. The food was fabulous and the staff was awesome. Great Food!

my fav place!!
This is my favorite place in the city!! its so wonderful to have such a yummy kosher eatery in the neighborhood. MY FAV is the portobella mushroom sandwich!! Great staff.

Amazing Dinner
Went with my wife last week for dinner after our friends recommended the place. They have some really cool fish Entrees. Never thought to have Gropper Fish with Chocolate Sauce. NICE IDEA! We had a great time and highly recommened it. Not expencive at all. We love fish so we know. Their home made dessserts are amazing. Overall for a nice light and simply tasty dinner, go try it.

its nice place but no atmosphere at all the place was empty and service was very slow so i am not sure i will go back

Highly recommended
This restaurant is amazing! The food and the presentation is so original. There are not that many places to go for great Kosher Dairy food. This place has wonderful fish dishes, different soups every day, and great salads. I was surprised by other reviews that said this restaurant was expensive. I found the prices very reasonable, and much less than other comparable restaurants. People come from the UWS and Brooklyn to eat there! I would highly recommend it.
