For pizza aficionados, the pizza sauce used on their pizzas is not only unique it is one of a kind. I cannot comment on the atmosphere, for I only order delivery. I am a very experienced pizza eater, for my family owns pizza parlors both here and in Roma. I like many varieties of pizza (EX) -brick oven, Neapolitan, thick, thin, Sicilian etc. Two Boots pizza is of the New York 8 regular large slice variety. The sauce is the major component of their pizza's taste. Unlike most other pizza varieties, on which I enjoy toppings; with this pizza, plain cheese is best (with extra sauce if you can handle it)

Yes, it was Easter Sunday, and yes, it was pouring outside. Nonetheless, if you're taking orders and providing delivery estimates of 40 minutes, those facts are irrelevant. My pizza arrived after an hour-and-a-half and two angry phone calls, ice cold, and, then, to top it off, the delivery guy did not have change of a $20 bill for a $12.50 order...mind-numbingly un-professional. I cancelled my order. The manager graciously offered me a credit for a free pie, which you can bet I will redeem only in person. Too bad, because their pizza is quite good, and different from the herd.

I've certainly enjoyed Two Boots' yummy, distinctive take on pizza in Brooklyn and midtown, so I'm sure the food is good. But my first attempt at getting a delivery from the UWS location was disastrous: 90 minutes to get a cold pizza, and then the delivery guy had no change. I canceled the order. The manager was very gracious and gave me a credit for a free pie, which I will redeem as a pick up, you can be sure.

Tonight was our inaugural order from Two Boots. To date, pizza delivery in the 90s is limited. I was skeptical based on other reviews but must say that they overdelivered on all counts. We ordered a medium olive and mushroom pizza, it was hot, it was a generous portion and it arrived in a timely manner. We ordered a spinach calzone with extra sauce which was delicious and fresh and hot. All I can say is how nice it is to at least hope we have a reliable and delicious pizzeria in the hood. I am aware this could have been beginner's luck but I'm hoping it will not be. Thanks Two Boots.

Fast delivery and the best pizza I've had!!

It took them an hour to deliver to my apt. which is only 4 blocks away and all I ordered was a simple cheese pizza, a drink and 2 cookies. Then when the delivery guy showed up he was clearly ill equipped, without a pizza delivery bag or anything ... so the pizza was cold and the drink was warm. Then, he neglected to give me the cookies and when I asked him about it he shrugged and said sorry. DON'T GET IT DELIVERED!!
