Hit or miss
I order from here regularly and they're really hit or miss. I'd say 80/20 hit/miss ratio. More often than not they're a hit, which is why I'm a regular, but there have been times where they pissed me off so much I stayed away for a few weeks. Pizza is really great but they screw up about 1 in 10 of my orders. They seem to have some sort of mental block about bringing sides/sodas when I order it. I have probably paid about $25 total in things I haven't gotten (I pay via credit card). I'm always been promised a refund but never seen one. Part of that is my fault, I'm terrified of phones and will avoid calling them at a later date to ask them about it so I just let it go. Overall I'd say there's no way you can go wrong ordering at the place. The delivery might be a little risky but the pizza is so good it's worth it.

I think they have improved
I remember ordering from them in previous years and getting wrong orders and "no change" situations. In 2008, however, I've been ordering pizza from this place regularily and it's always within 30 minutes, pizza is is made right (I always have it customized) and the whole experience is good. I think they have made some good changes.

I like this place
The special is really good. You get a big size pizza and a small soft drink for only $2.25. If you go to anyother pizza stores, a pizza itself would cost $2.00. So the small soft drink is about a quarter. The pizza is tasty. It is crispy. I always put the garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and oregano spice. They flavor up the pizza. I also like the chocolate cookies. I bought them the other day and it tasted delicious.

Ask for the juggling waiter
If you come to eat on Saturday or Monday, ask the red haired waiter to juggle for you. He's a professional juggler and unicyclist (and a heck of a nice guy, I might add). If he's not too busy he'll usually give you a little performance. My kids love his act!

Better to eat in restaurant
Pizza is good. The crust is tasty, it's different from other pizza places. Staff at the restaurant were friendly. Ordered delivery two days ago (Friday night) and had the same issue as a previous reviewer, the delivery person did not have any change. He ended up with a $9 tip as all I had were twenty dollar bills. I felt taken advantage of and believe that the management should require their delivery person to carry sufficient change so that the customer does not feel like he is being scammed. Delivery time was okay and the pizza was good , but I will not be eating two boots pizza again.

no probs
I've never had one problem. Maybe I've been lucky or maybe the past reviewers have been sourpusses.

Took way too long....
I called for delivery. The man on the phone was very helpful and extremely polite. Once he took my order he gave me the total and told me it would only take about 30 minutes. I waited and waited and waited... It took 1 hour and 30 minutes for me to get my order. By the time I got the food everything was cold. I had to heat everything up. I ordered the Jambalaya, Creole Chicken po'boy, and The Bayou Beast PIzza. I have never had Jambalaya before and after this experience I will never have it again (way to spicy). As for the Po' boy I must say it was good just a little on the dry side. The pizza was the best part. The crust was thin and not chewy at all. Sauce was perfect. It heats up very well in a toaster oven.
