Could this place be any more disorganized? Just started a new job across the street and went here for a breakfast sandwich. At the Grill, there is no line and system at all. After asking people standing there, I finally ordered a sandwich. Then I went to pay. 15$ minimum credit card purchase. And the machine was broken, no problem there is an ATM there, oh wait that's "broken" too. How convenient for tax reporting purposes. What a hassle.

The service here is excellent. they prepare breakfast really quickly because they have like 4 guys by the grill. I really like getting eggs and cheese with bacon on an english muffin it's delicious.

Twin Cafe is the only place in Tribeca that delivers all night long (that I can think of). Their selection is actually quite extensive considering that it is just a small deli. I've never been disappointed ordering from Twin. Their staff is most efficient, and their food fresh. I'd recommend Twin to friends and family. Many an all nighter that I've had to pull did we place an order to Twin for some brain food to get us through the night. I

If you want to get waited on between 8:45 - 9:15 a.m. forget it. The wait is between 10 - 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. They cater to construction workers large orders and the place is clogged with their orders - if you have a single breakfast order and don't have time to wait - go somewhere else.

This is one of the few places in Tribeca (and the only one currently on menupages) that 'delivers' after hours. This fact alone gives them the monopoly on late late-nite delivery in Tribeca.
