I have ate here a few times. The food is the best I have had in brooklyn. Three people ate for under $50, that included appetizers, dinner, and dessert. This restaurant is strongly recommended here!!

You can't beat the value at Tutt's Cafe in Brooklyn Heights. I wasn't sure what to expect but was delighted when I walked into what seemed like an old pizza place transformed into a Middle Eastern cafe. The falafel was tasty, as was the hummus.. and you can't beat the BYOB aspect. Fun dinner place, and cost under $20 for two!

This is hands down the best middle eastern place in brooklyn. Everything is very fresh and healthy. The decorating could use a boost, but the prices are so low you'll be glad they spent their money on good quality food and not on the interior. Delicious.

Hidden away in a lovely tree lined street of Brooklyn Heights, it is one of the few places worth trying in the area. The food is prepared by dedicated staff in their open view kitchen area. Great value for money but the decor could do with an upgrade to match its high quality food! You should bring your own drink if you are not the type who can't have your food without wine.

Great place -- affordable, super-friendly service, and excellent dishes. The best bread I've ever had! I recommend the lentil soup (a must have), the garlic bread, and the combination plate, which features 5 vegetarian side items (a la hummos, stuffed grape leaves, etc.). Keep in mind it's also BYOB, and there's great outdoor dining in the summer!

Fresh and home made middle eastern fare. They actually don't make the pita until you order your meal. Not much in terms of decor, and it's a little off the beaten path, but definitely worth it. Good sized portions, too!
