Poor service!
I placed an order via seamless and there was a question about my order. The person who called me, and the manager (if he's the real manager) were EXTREMELY unpleasant to deal with and quite rude. I guess you can get away with this kind of service in NYC. I didn't even get a word in with the manager when I called back, he was just going on and on without even hearing what I had to say.

Does the Trick
I just ordered a sandwich via Seamless. It is delicious. I like the variety of their menu, and I'm delighted at the low minimum required. My delivery guy was very friendly. I'll be doing this again.

Not recommended
As one reviewer has already commented, Tuscany has atrocious service if you order online. Regardless of the fact that on Seamless it posted as 15-30 minutes delivery time, it took them 2 hours to deliver my food. When I called, no one picked up the phone until I redialed about 10 times. The response was not "I'm sorry for making you wait" but rather "yes I sent it already, it should be there any minute now". Thirty minutes later I found myself calling again multiple times until I finally got through to be told the exact same thing. When I complained they hung up saying "we're closing now, I have to go". I think this is completely unacceptable and I would urge anyone who is considering ordering from this place to seriously think twice. The food arrived cold and soggy and was not worth the high price or the poor service.

Amazing Joint!
Love Tuscany. The portions are amazing- and they better be - because this food tastes soo good. The pizza is some of the best you can get around midtown, and the baked ziti and meatballs is to die for. Their sauce is delicious, and the service is quick and friendly. No place to sit down (i guess most of their money comes from catering jobs). Anyhow, if you are working late, or sitting at home feeling lazy call in for delivery and prepare your appetite!

Great sammiches
The sandwiches are fabulous here. The atmosphere is nil because there is nowhere to sit and eat. Take-out and delivery only...

The best Chicken Parm Sub in Manhattan
I love their pizza and chicken Parm. The sauce is a little on the sweet side, but I like it that way.

Great Italian Place
The food at this place is great. My office mates and I ordered from Tuscany a few times each month, and the food has always been terrific. It's fresh, esp it's tomato pasta sauce, and tasty. Their salads are great too. I highly recommend it to anyone that's looking for great italian food.
