bad delivery service
i'm located a few blocks away - two phone calls to find out what was going on with my order.. 1 hr 20 min.. brought an incomplete order.. horrible delivery service.. unfortunate because food is actually decent.

Don't Do It
Delivery took 90 minutes, and when it did finally arrive, the order was wrong (we ordered vegetarian and got chicken). There are too many good thai places in the area to call these guys.

shocking delivery
I used to be a huge fan of this place but only because I picked up myself or ate in the restaurant. But recently, I tried delivery and I have never experienced such shocking service. Shocking! I was told about 30 mins for the delivery, an hour and 20 mins later & four follow up phone calls, no answer except the guy is on his way. Seriously? This place will not survive in the village for long if this is the service.

A find
Food is delicious, unusual and a bargain; service is sweet, swift and professional. Setting and decor is a bit clinical, so if you're looking for charming romantic atmosphere, this is not the place.

consistently satisfying
I mostly order to go, and every time the quality of the food is stellar. Exactly what I was in the mood for, fresh ingredients, and plenty for leftovers (if I could leave anything on the plate). I don't get the negative reviews at all, but I would agree that stopping in to order is preferable to doing it over the phone.

We love it!
We used to order from Pinto all the time (also great) but Tue Thai has some more unique options - we really like the Siracha Spicy Fried Rice and the Masaman Curry Chicken. We order once a week (sad I know! but it's soooo good!)

ordering experience
Overwhelmed, rude and couldn't focus when trying to take an order over the phone. I will never order from here again.
