Great food, fast delivery
Had the braised rib massamon curry, it's a 10...order it. Also had shrimp pad Thai, very well done. As for these previous complaints about delivery taking too long or delivery guys being rude...not the case with my experience. Took 23 minutes and guy was totally friendly and appreciative of the tip. It's our new go to Thai place.

Great Food Delivery Bad Service
I have ordered from Tue Thai since it opened, the food is awesome! Sadly they say they deliver and have lunch specials, yet time and time again when I call they always claim to be closed until 5pm. Then change your menu and do not advertize that you deliver lunch to 4pm when you dont! Frustrating to get it yet great food!

Consistantly the best in the area
There are so many Thai restaurants in Chelsea and the West Village and I have eaten at a lot of them. Most are average, none are like I remember the food in Thailand. But everything on the menu at Tue is very good and much better than the others. Is it true Thai food? I don't know, but it is really good, and you'll find yourself craving it.

Rude delivery guys
The food was OK. I've certainly had better but it was not awful. I won't order from TUE again though because their delivery people are just rude. They're huffy and short; every time I've ordered from TUE I've opened my door to a lump of surliness. They may as well just throw the food at you. Too bad.

Great Lunch Deal! Do not order delivery.
I am an avid fan of this place ever since it opened. I would say that I dine here at least 3/4 times a month. Unfortunately I can't say that the delivery service is especially speedy. It takes them at least 45 minutes to deliver even when your within a 4 block radius. (Why didn't I just pick up my food you ask? I recently broke my foot and attempted to have it delivered to my work place) Just go there, enjoy the lunch, ambiance is quite nice. Do not order delivery.

best in the neighb'
I tried it the first week they opened and was surprised. It is SO much better than Cafetasia up the street, and way better than Spice, too. I ALWAYS pick up or stay, so from what I read, forget delivery. They are extremely nice and patient when I forget the name of something I ordered back before the menu changed. For us old timers ( from the earlier menu) they still make dishes from that menu. I always get smiles and greetings from the ladies cooking, as they know me. The only down side is pretty homogenous looking bits of chicken, as if it is pre-cooked for some noodle dishes. I also stopped ordering the dumplings when I saw they were nuked, but if you stick with noodles and entrees, the food is very good. The satay is so much better than any Thai around. I just wish I could get them to lose the microwave...
