I am a registered nurse and I truly believe in customer care my patient are my customer regardless of color, race or religion. My job is to make sure they feel that they are welcome and when they leave they are happy and recommend my hospital. On more than one occasion I have visited this establishment and as far as the food is concerned it's delightful but the customer derive is horrendous . The person taking my order didn't even smile and the cashier was horrible attitude. I felt like someone who was begging for their food when I'm a paying customer. Then to top it off they opened a bar in the back recently and I couldn't even here myself I have to keep screaming my order . I don't know what kind if management is there but as a customer now I will think twice before I go to this establishment. I want to feel comfortable when I go to order my food and I want as a customer to be treated with respect and courtesy . The employee there need to be reevaluated and maybe management needs to make changes or they just don't care because like I said it's not my first time and I've had other people confirm the same problems. I was just to my frustration point because it seems this is what these people do all the time. My posting might not mean much to them but it means something to me especially the next time I'm hungry .
