    not ready for prime time

These guys don't have their act together. Ive been waiting for Trigo to open - and then to have a few weeks to "ramp up" - before going. I should have waited longer. There were three (of maybe 80) tables occupied, yet our lunch took 90 minutes and they were out of many ingredients. Our very kind but inexperienced waiter came by so often to apologize that I thought he'd sit down with us. I'd rather just get what i ordered and get out in a reasonable time frame. It's a competitive neighborhood and they need to pull a LOT of things together if they want to last.

    Great Ambiance!

This place is incredible, so beautiful! So many details in there that have been thought about, the lights and the oven in gold. The food is good too, a little bit expensive but good. The portions are big so I recommend sharing. Happy to have this new place in the city!

don't waste your time or money

beautiful restaurant - awful service, food totally sub par. dinner took over 3 hours (not including the half hour we had to wait past our res time). entrees were not at ALL as described on the menu. if this place is still around in a year i'll try it again...i rarely dislike restaurant experiences this much, but it was pretty bad.

    Finally!

I have to say that the design of this place is truely a trip to europe without a plane ride! We chose a few menu items from the market "pickle pumpkin "WOW", the tart blanc flatbread was thin, crispy, and perfectly seasoned... I really like the market menu. We didnt get a chance to try the traditonal side of the menu but def. coming back to try the salsify tagliatelle. I thought the service was going to be a nightmare since the place was only 2 weeks old, but very surprised on the level of service. I think the unemployment rate is keeping everyone on there toes:))).. Ill be back 4 sure..

    Hit or Miss

The place is beautiful and the service very attentive and friendly. Food was enjoyed by some, not by others. I think it will be better in time.

    Cool space- bad taste!

From the service to the food... this restaurant is a NO GO. Over priced and not worth it. We ordered a huge selection- pickeled pumpkins, beet salad, jamon, cheese, all the starters had strange tastes- we couldn't finish any. The entrees we tried were NOT what we expected and we really not good.
