These are not my mamma's rice krispie treats!!! Got some as a holiday gift from one of my clients in a beautiful blue box (looks like a giant Tiffany's box), and they were so good. I had to check out the store. When I got there. I was amazed by this new concept 20 flavors of rice krispie treats, plus home made marshamallows!!! Why didn't I think of this?? I had their hot cocao with spicy cinnamon marshmallows....wow! This place gives me a new reason to bust out my downtown passport and venture to the UWS!!

A friend of mine had treat house at her son's Bar Mitzvah, and literally not a single treat was left for the adults to try. So, I had to treck to the store (upper east sider here) to see for myself. Everything was absolutely adorable--almost too pretty to eat. But I am glad I did as they tasted as good as they looked! I brought two dozen to my book club, and to say they didn't last long would be the understatement of the year. LOVE this place. Please open on the UES soon!

I've been into treat house a couple of times with my kids (they love the ice cream bars). After checking it out a couple of times, I brough a sampler pack to a dinner party. Everyone LOVED the flavors (have to say I totally disagree with previous reviewer---I think each flavor hits it mark). The place is cute too....my girls love the swing in the back. Its definitely worth a look if you are in the area.

I agree with the review above- the only flavor that was flavorful was the chocolate peanut butter. All of the others had a bland bar below the colorful (and bland) topping. The breakfast bars are very greasy, and fall apart into tiny pieces. It has definitely inspired me to make my own which I'm sure will be much better.

Skip this place! We tried the cappuccino, birthday cake, cookies and cream and chocolate pretzel. Not one was particularly flavorful and all four were cardboard-like. I have fond memories of rice crispie treats but this place does not do them justice. Don't be fooled by the pretty labels and nice presentation.
