I had the pleasure of having diner here on 11/13. My partner has been many times but it was my first time. The staff was very friendly, the food was terrific. I had the Veal Parm, my partner had Veal Piccata. Both were wonderful. The price were extremely reasonable, a pleasant surprise for NYC! I'd highly recommend!

When you eat here, you must be prepared for wonder. I have been going here for over ten years and every time I go I try something new. The menu always offers fresh fish selections and creative pasta dishes. On our most recent visit, my girlfriend and I had the lobster ravioli and the fresh bass with leeks and capers. The ravioli sauce and filling were subtly tangy and bore great tomato and lobster flavor. The bass was very lemony and the rich taste of capers and accompanying polenta rounded it out nicely. If you go here, understand that you are in the true beating heart of the downtown Italian restaurants. Don't go if you're not hungry.

The best Italian food for the price in the Village. As long as you don't mind a place without atmosphere, it's a must-go.

I dont know why someone would even try to order pizza in an authentic Italian restaurant but thats not what this places is all about. It has some of the greatest food in all of N.Y. for an extremely affordable price and the servrice is great and the food is always fresh . This is one of the best restaurants in N.Y. hands down.

Don't listen to the pizza review - they don't even have pizza on the menu. In fact, I doubt they've ever even served it. I've been going to Pesce Pasta ever since I was a kid, coming to the Village to visit my aunt around the corner on Cornelia St. It is flat out some of the best, most authentic Italian in all of Manhattan. Great value and service as well. The tortelloni special is amazing, and the lasagna might be the best I've ever tasted.

Cozy, inviting atmosphere. We ordered a salad and a pizza. The salad had past-ripe roasted peppers on it and when I told the server he just shrugged his shoulders. The pizza was ok, the ingredients didn't seem too fresh. The bathrooms were unclean, holes in the walls, water all over the floor.

I eat here regularly and go there for one thing. The service is outstanding and they make you feel right at home. To this day I only have eaten one thing on the menu that is there pesto linguine and it is amazing. A must stop if your strolling down bleeker street.
