Presentation: delectable and tasteful.
My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Tramonti. Visiting NYC all the way from south Georgia was so amazing that I would pack my bags and move there in a heartbeat. The restaurant was recommended to us by the Concierge at Millennium Broadway Hotel on 145 W 44th Street. I highly recommend that hotel to anyone looking for a great and refreshing experience in the Theater District at Times Square. As far as Tramonti, I would recommend it to anyone visiting NYC and wanting an authentic Italian experience. Food Quality: Two Thumbs Up! Fabulous! Presentation: Delectable and Tasteful. Vibe: Purely Italian! Service: One of a kind Pricing: For service and quality of food you get, perfect! 1-5 rating: 5 all the way

That's Amore
I'm such a picky eater. That fact that I loved everything I tried (gnocchi, eggplant rotini, ravioli, lasagna, chocolate cake, cheesecake, tiramisu). Yes, I ate of the other three plates at the table lol. What trips me out is how much I hate cheesecake as a rule and how much I loved Tramonti's cheesecake. Let's not forget the pizza! Filippo made this Margherita di Bufala--amazing! And he was so friendly and funny. The wait staff was pretty awesome. I just smile thinking about the Moscato d'Asti. I had an overall amazing experience. Fair warning: Tramonti's is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I'll definitely be back.

Great Italian restaurant and atmosphere
I was in NYC on business and decided to venture out for lunch. My buddy and I stumbled upon this little restaurant called Tramonti. Wait staff were very nice and patient. Went out of their way to appease our appetite for Italian. I had the seafood linguine, which was the the special of the day. By far the best seafood pasta I have ever had. The server recommended a great red dessert wine and an amazing dessert coffee. You should definately eat here. Ask for the ice cream coffee.

7/16/11 visit
We were at the Tramonti around 5:00 pm on a Saturday. I realize we all want service, but we were never left alone! The waiter literally stood beside our table for around 50 % of the time we were there. (there was a work station beside us, but it wasn't necessary for him to stand there). The waitor was upset when we chose not to buy wine. He was definitely mad that we didn't drink alcohol. Also, We were charged for refills on soda! Honestly the food was outstanding but the hovering throughout the meal just ruined it.
