I can't believe this place has a 4 star rating. Where do I start? Our party had a reservation for 20 people at 8PM. We were seated at 9:10. The waitress took all of our food orders and after even rereading all the orders back, messed mine up. I ordered a Cheeseburger with Bacon rare. She brought a Veggie burger no bacon rare. Who orders a veggie anything rare? So I ate last consequently. Yeah, yeah, yeah, the tater tots were good. I can make those at home. Hardly worth the trip. I eat burgers every week at a different place with a few friends. The burger was fair at absolute best. I did feel really nauseous at the end, as did a couple of others. I didn't even look at the bill. I threw in a twenty, which was way more than my share and was happy to call it a day. I will admit that the atmosphere is cool, but evidently, people on this site seem to value gimmick over food.

I live in the neighborhood and I've eaten here on and off for years. The food is always good. It is what it is. It's a great place to go for lunch before a movie across the street. It's not usually crowded in the afternoon. I love the BLT's and sweet potato fries. The prices are reasonable. Where else are you going to eat for this price in NYC?

What is the draw here? There has to be something other than tater tots which I can make in my oven. The beers were not cheap, there were a ton yuppies dressed down to fit the scene, and the place is purposefully a dump. Only redeeming thing were the two great servers, really easy going and cool.

this place is overrated. miller high life bottles are way overpriced, even for the self-proclaimed "Champagne of Beers," the interior is tacky, the service is slow and inattentive and there were way too many hipster wannabes in there. the tater tots were OK- i mean, how hard is it to make tater tots? the one redeeming quality was the fritos layered on top of the chili...nice touch.

I'm usually a review "reader" and never felt compelled to write a review until now. I went to the Trailer Park for a late lunch and sat at the bar. There were only two men in the place when I arrived. The 30-something bartender greeted me and my guest with an annoyed demeanor. We placed our order, received our food, and she continued to read and chat with the two men at the other end of the bar. We were never asked how our meal was, if we needed anything more, and she ignored our empty glasses. She was short when she asked if we were done and we waited for her to finish reading the paper to get our check. It was okay food, but not worth the $27 + tip for a chili dog, BLT, and 2 cokes. The poor service made it less worth the trip. I'll never return or recommend this place to anyone.

I had a craving for sweet potato fries and all the reviews on here were great, so why not? Reeeaally disappointed. Some people may like them but they were crunchy as opposed to soft and potato-y. They did have cinnamon on them which I'm sure some people would like, but I like them with salt. Also the turkey burger was awful-- slightly burned and verrrry salty. I couldn't eat it. Cute interior though-- electic parafanilia hanging everywhere.
