    Lower your prices!

The salads are decent; absolutely nothing special! If you don't want to spend $15 on a mediocre salad, don't go here

    really?

This chain is making huge money and I have to blame myself for trying it over and over and always feeling ripped off- it's near where I work and today I had a loaf of bread, wanted a salad, and tried it AGAIN. spinach and shitake- all I got- $9. I tried a new dressing the chipotle citrus which defines "cloying sweet" and this was what I found in my 2 item salad: a peapod, a blackbean, multiple onions, raisins, and a tortilla chip. sloppy. This is my testament, I promise myself to never waist another 10 dollars here.

zero for customer service & ease of order

Is it me, or does it seem crazy that i was the only one in the place and had to wait 10 minutes while the guy filled the delivery orders? to make matters worse, i 'ordered' from the woman at the cash register & while i was waiting for the guy to make my salad, she sat there looking at me. I asked her if she could 'go light on the dressing' and she said i should have said that before she put my credit card through... what?! Since when is it crazy that i should have face to face contact with the person making my order? strange... i will not return.

Angry worker-do us a favor and quit

The food from Tossed is not so bad, I actually love the Tarragon Chicken Salad sandwich and would order it every day if I could. Ordering online is pretty reliable, but never again will I call Tossed to place a phone order. Twice I have talked to a man/boy who is obviously miserable in his existence, so rude the exasperation in his voice was palpable, and quite humorous. I know it CAN be stressful to be in the service industry but c'mon, screaming, "Good god! I can't believe this!" because I ask him to please hold on a moment while I ask a coworker what she wants for dressing." Chill out man. Either lighten up or quit.

    not satisfied

you'd think a salad place would have good salads they sound exciting on the menu but they were bland and boring

    rip off

I got a caprese sandwich on a baguette, and this for $9.70??? THIS IS a sham! it's just 3 slices of cheese and 3 slices of tomato with 3 leaves of basil, and this is gourmet???!!! it's b/s. The ambiance is really cool though! they have a big screen tv with trivia, and horoscope which keeps even the loneliest diner entertained. I am not going there again though. beautiful people going in and out, so plenty of eye candy, other than that if you're hungry for something good and inexpensive this is NOT the place to go.

    Rip Off

I ordered delivery, the food arrived promptly. But I am very disappointed with the quality of the food. The fruit salad I ordered look like it had been sitting there for days (it's all soggy and watery). The fresh salmon sandwich tasted ok, but looks like someone just slapped two pieces of bread together with tiny pieces of cucumber (and cucumber skin!), salmon is over cooked and dry. Overall, they over charge for the quality of the food they offer. Maybe their salad is worth trying next time...
