ordered delivery to the office and am thoroughly disappointed with my salad. The romaine is barely even green and they seriously skimp on the add-ins. On top of that, all I taste in the salad is pepper! And I didn't ask for any pepper!! I thought all these create-your-own salad places would be about the same, but I was very wrong. I will not be ordering from them again!

I just ordered sandwiches and salads for the office and I'm so unhappy with everything about the Tossed experience, No one is happy with their food. First of all, it was really difficult to even get a person to take the order. The automated voice advises to use their website for faster service but ordering out of a category resulted in losing the order placed in another. I called several times and when I finally got through to someone, I could barely understand his English and the background din made it worse. Once the food arrived a little over an hour later, it turned out that I didn't get what I had ordered. They don't carry what I ordered anymore so I got a chicken sandwich instead (I don't eat meat). This is the first and last time that I order from them. The sandwiches that everyone else got looked prepackaged and people here were not happy.

I order the Tossed Signature Salad every week. Its my favorite. The Sherry Vinaigrette is SOOOO good- and really compliments the goat cheese and mango well. They always get my order right and very rarely take a long time to deliver. My only gripe is that they only have 2 locations! So- their delivery area is a little limited. Still love it though!

Tossed offers tons of different ingredients, good dressings, and good soups. Everything is delicious, if pricey. It's a take-out place only - no chairs or tables - so the atmosphere ranking doesn't mean much.

Salads are good and satisfying. A bit too expensive for it, but it's Rockefeller Plaza what can you expect. Salads are made fresh right in front of you and they have lots of pre-selected salad combo to help you with your decision.
