Good but too chaotic
Food is decent, but it s way too chaotic, they pack in the tables and the crowds, because its family style the parties are large and noisy! Be prepared, conversation at your table is non-existent! It gets a huge out-of-town crowd (both tourists and bridge and tunnel) not an UES crowd. Good value for the money, but its exhausting. The location as has a a bad history unfortunately I think this is a place you go to one then you've had enough for a very long time... So lets see about its longevity.

Yummy!
Finally this space which has seen so many restaurants come and go has a keeper. Everything about it is wonderful. It can get crowded, so get a reservation if you go on the weekend. Tonight's delight was the beef tenderloin, one half Alfredo pasta, one half Vodka pasta, and as appetizers, the mushrooms and the shrimp. Our party of five left quite satisfied. Only complaint is we had no room for dessert.
