Pabst Blue Ribbon wi. a sweet ricey malt leads this american classic lager.
Lagunitas IPA ca. bam! one of the best ipa’s ever made! lovely slightly sweet malt with a pronounced hoppy finish. this is great beer the whole way through
Weihenstephan Hefeweizen ge. classic wheat. this is the most commonly used yeast by almost any us microbrewer. banana & clove with a light refreshing finish.
Blue Point Toasted Lager ny. kettle roasted malt leads the flavor on this refreshing american lager. try a local favorite that’s a great beer to boot!
Stiegl austria. i never liked imported pilsner until i tried this austrian gem. light malt & balanced hops = very clean, crisp & refreshing beyond belief.
Founder’s Centennial IPA mi. this is what ipa is all about. great citrusy centennial hops bring about a forward tasting frothy beverage of the gods. thanks founders!
Ommegang Scythe & Sickle ny. ommegang’s first seasonal? possibly. this harvest ale is full of slight nuances that combine with a slight belgian yeast to form a very easy going yet complex beer. it’s like drinking fall in a glass.
Ommegang Game Of Thrones "Take The Black Stout" ny. while many stouts are unapologetically bitter, "take the black" eases into it with a lighter- and sweeter-than-expected profile. a deep, dark pour and mocha-colored head belie softer flavors like banana, caramel and clove.
Founder’s Breakfast Stout mi. everything a big stout should be is in this beer. it’s chocolatey, chewy, full of flavor, dark as night, & incredibly balanced. this is truly a benchmark beer & should be enjoyed slowly to let all of the flavors come out of this complex brew. breakfast the most important meal

Sparkling Wine By The Glass
Marquis De La Tour Brut, France beautifully drinking french bubbly from an outstanding producer. great as an aperitif or to celebrate a special occasion!
Cremant D’alsace Brut this is a fine cremant definitely above it’s station. it has a delicate autolytic nose of goat cheese and hazelnuts. very nice, just slightly off-dry
White Wines By The Glass
CLOS Du BOIS 2011, CA a rich flavor of ripe apple and pear-lingering into a fresh, satisfying finish.
Arrogant Frog 2010, France okay, so i really don’t like the name, but this is very good wine. very aromatic with citrus on the palate & crisp minerality on the finish.
Mertes Kabinett 2011, Germany a great medium bodied semi - sweet wine. fruit is very forward with tropical notes & an off dry finish. great alone or with spicy food.
Ruffino Lumina Pinot Grigio 2011, Italy notes of pear & citrus with a crisp refreshing finish. this is what most pinot grigio aspires to be at this price range.

Chenin Blanc By Six Hats 2012, South Africa tropical aromas of pineapple and peach.fruity with a refreshing acidity, some spice shows on the finish. six principles form the core of the six hats philosophy, "partnership, potential, change, equity, dignity and sustainability". six hats seeks to produce wines that will contribute to the lives of the people whose hard work is expressed in each bottle. six hats is a registered fairtrade producer.
Ermita De Nieve Verdejo 2010, Spain bright, crisp, and full of life. an excellent example of the varietal. no oak is present just the natural flavors of verdejo.
Cune ‘monopole’ Rioja Blanco 2012 made from the viura grape (unoaked), this wine proves rioja producers more than just great reds. its floral nose, ripe palate and crisp finish make you come back for a second glass. pairs nicely with poultry or a sunny day.
Red Wines By The Glass
Pennywise 2010, California great fruit on the nose & palate, but still approachable so you can tell you are drinking pinot. this is definitely a smart wine!
The Velvet Devil 2010, WA ripe deep berry on the nose & palate. great body & aptly named for the velvety tannins. don’t be shy, drink with the devil!
Shiraz & Syrah
Chateau Maris "La Touge" 2009, France this is a great wine with a great story. renovating land since ‘96 robert eden’s biodynamic efforts are paying off. cherry & berry aromas & flavors work with the palate for a beautiful body & finish.
Charles & Charles Cabernet/Syrah 2010 Washington a great collaboration wine with superb balance. slightly heavier on the cabernet with syrah spice, this medium-full bodied wine rocks!

Enanzo Tempranillo 2010, Spain there’s so much to love about this wine! beautiful spanish vino, young ripe fruit on the nose & palate with a smooth finish.
M.Chapoutier "Belleruche" CDR 2009, France grenache led, but syrah influenced for sure. great lighter bodied rhone wine with cherry fruit & rustic dry finish.
Tayment Malbec 2010, Mendoza, Argentina this is a great example of malbec. a little reserved on the nose at first then opens up with a leathery nose & dry fruit on the palate.
Ali Sangiovese Di Toscana IGT 2012, Italy (toscana in italian) is perhaps the most famous of all italian wine regions. this is a better deal than ny yankees getting the babe for some broadway show tickets! the aromas were subtle, but certainly represented a classical sangiovese wine. on the palette, the wine has a certain smoothness that is reminiscent of wines at a much higher price point.
Castro Ventosa Joven 2011, Spain raúl pérez is one of spain’s hottest winemakers right now, this mencía joven bierzo is an outstanding wine, offering ripe, lively cherry and licorice flavors and a deft mix of power and energy. it just as good as 2010 ventage lively character with perhaps a tad less richness. i’d happily own (and drink!) either one over the next few years.
