Food was decent but the portions were rather stingy. Wouldn't order again.

The food tonight was sub par. I ordered the wild chicken wings and four regular wing. The wild wings tasted stale and had no coating. . We were given two small containers of hot sauce presumably to coat the wings ourselves. The regular wings were so dried out that the breading was falling off the wings. It was about 9 on Sunday, but this was no excuse. I had not ordered for several months and was not prepared for the decline in the food.

the chicken with pesto, the chicken fingers were great. the chicken fingers were huge, they were chicken hands! Don't change these crispy, juicy chicken fingers, they are great! The french fries fresh and delicious, the French string beans were very nicely done. We will go back happily and even take out.

The Columbia/TC neighborhood has needed a fun new restaurant, and Chicken Bar really fills that gap! They have great beers on tap and fun/weird happy hour specials like "$1 drumsticks when you order a beer" and things like that. The chicken is crispy and delicious! They also have a range of heart-clogging appetizers like avocado fries, scotch egg, and my favorite, chicken toast (chicken salad on a triangle of toast, deep fried - tastes like a salty dumpling). The bar is a fun place to hang out - the wait staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is fun. I'm a fan!
