Decent Place
Came here on Valentine's Day. Oddly, it was crowded with little kids. (probably because pizza & pasta appeals to anyone-young or old) ) We had seafood risottogood, but skimpy on shrimp & didn't even see any clams, altho lots of calamari and a few mussels, fairly large portion ($18.00) homemade pasta w chicken and brocccoli-good, average sized portion ($14.00) macaroni w eggplant & ricotta-good, average sized portion ($14.50). Service was topswater never unfilled, bread, ordering, followup, check all done promptly & unobtrusively. The tables were a tad tight, but that's Manhattan. Decent meal, OK prices, nice atmosphere, excellent servicewill go back to try thin crust pizza.

Authentic Italian pizza
While the service was less than impressive (the waiter came to the table with a pad and pen and stared at us - never said anything!) the food was absolutely delicious. The pizza was really authentic Italian, the entrees were full of flavor and the ingredients seemed very fresh. Great spot to sit outside on a nice evening when you want something casual in a slightly nicer atmosphere.

Good food, poor service
This is the place to get a quick and tasty Italian. The portions and taste are satisfying BUT the service is not good. We see the same people waiting on tables there over the years and it seems as if there is no progress or anything learned. The waiters command of the English language is poor and they are abrupt and somewhat abrasive.

Quaint Italian restaurant
I had dinner here this past Saturday night with a group of friends. We arrived at 7:30 without a reservation, and even though the place was packed, they were accomodating and seated us quickly. The ambiance was nice, as was our server, who did an excellent job given the fact that the place was full. The one criticism I have is that the pasta portions were a bit small given the prices, though what they lacked in size they made up for in taste. The pizza, on the other hand, offered better value, and they actually serve you a nice selection of bread before the meal. Overall, I'd recommend this place if you're looking for good food and wine on the Upper East Side.

Not just a dessert
We LOVE it here. The food is consistently delicious and keeps us "coming back". As previously mentioned, the pizza is wonderful...very light and flavorful. We also recommend the Portofino pasta dish...it's heaven on a plate. The portions are decent and we usually split a pizza and the pasta for dinner. Yum yum. This is a great neighborhood spot that you MUST try.

Greatest Pizza
First of all, there is no pizza like it. The thin crust is not too soft, nor too crunchy. The tomato sauce is sweet and the cheese is salty so the counter each other for a heavenly taste. The caesar salad is delicious because they dont have too much of an anchovy flavor. I love it here. It is great for delivering too.
