best sandwiches, Empanadas and corn cake!!!!
A friend took me to this place and now its become a staple for me. I actually crave the food! I'm vegetarian so the menu is a little smaller for me but the best sandwich is the De Berenjena En Escabeche! The owner told me they marinate the eggplant for 2 days. The sandwich was huge and I took half of it home for dinner. My favorite thing there though is the Chipa Guazu which is a corn cake but its almost like a corn omelette. It's a great side! The empanadas are huge and the vegetarian one is fantastic! If your into the spicy food they make a really good house green hot sauce. The yerba mate Cocido I guess is a homemade recipe and I recommend it cold. Its like an iced tea infused with oranges...yummy! Love this place!!!!
