Tiny's Giant Sandwich Shop
Posted by LESider on 01/25/2008
I wouldn't be able to go on without the Southwest Chicken sandwich. True story: my girlfriend went out shopping and said she'd pick up a SW chicken sandwich on her way back, in about 2 hours. I started thinking, obsessing over the sandwich and about 20 minutes after she left I went and bought one. Scarfed that sandwich quick and never told her so an hour later she came home with a new one for me. Scarfed that one up quick too.

This is my favorite sandwich place, but close early.

I eat at Tiny's all the time and love the food more and more each visit. It's cheap, convenient, and always good. I would recomend this to any sandwhich lover (not to mention they also have great salads). My favorite sandwhich would have to be the chicken parm but Tiny's Tasty salad is also amazing. You have to try it.

i've used menupages extensively for months now and this is the first time i've been compelled enough to register and write a review. i just moved down to the LES and have been trying out the neighborhood restaurants (which there are 100's of -- LOVE the LES!) and I had the chicken cutlet salad and it was amazing. the lettuce was so fresh and crisp and the veggies were perfect too. the girls at the counter were so sweet as well. i'll definitely be adding tiny's to my list of favs.

i am amazed by this place over and over again. some reviews say that they run out of food or the service is less than wonderful, however can you really blame a place that has such good food?? they are slammed almost all day, and since their ingredients are the freshest they have to plan in advance how much they should order. new york's a tough place for a yummy cheap sandwich shop, but god bless em they do their best!!

If you call and actually get a person. They tell you can you hold a minute and then put the phone down and have a conversation about their night out. If you hang up they leave the phone off the hook. What's up with that? It's easier to just order from somewhere that answers their phone and takes your order.

This place is incredible. Delivery is super fast - great service, yummy sandwiches - they have never been out of anything in my experience....
