Very. . .
I went here for breakfast one day with a three other friends on my trip to NY. It was a bit far and we had to be back to the hotel by a certain time. The service speed was very good. The bagel: I got plain with strawberry cheese cream. It was very filling and very delicious. Two of my friend said too much cream cheese but it might be because they got a different flavor that wasn't sweet.

Amazingly Delicious
The only place in Manhattan that I get bagels. The bagels are always fresh and delicious. 100% worth the long line every day. Yes it gets annoying, but as they say-good things come to those who wait!

Cheap and awesome.
I visit NYC a few times a year for work. This place is right on my way from the Milford Plaza to the customer's office. It is always very quick service and tastes fantastic. Usually, I have a egg and cheese bagel which tastes great! I hope this place is around for a long time because it's hard to get such a good breakfast so close to Times Square.

Delivery slow/food worth it
I sometimes have to wait 45minutes (and we're only 3-5 minutes away, walking) but the bagel sandwiches are worth it every time. Delivery guys are nice and the food's good. Especially in the morning.

sloppy, food ok
The girl at the counter now is very sloppy. . She overpours the coffee and it spills all over the side of the cup. Instead of giving you a new cup she puts in the bag and adds your food on top of it. by the time you get your items out of your bag everything is wet. Food is ok, but it'll take a couple times before they get your order right.

Best Whole Wheat Bagels EVER
Their fat free cream cheese is great too. The guy who answers the phone is friendly and our office always orders a day ahead of time so I can't really vouch for the service but the food and value get my highest ratings. Awesome... just awesome bagels.

Could they possibly move any slower?
slow slow slow slow..... sums up this bagel place. Honestly 15 minutes to get a bagel and cream cheese with no one else in the place. My coworkers and I joke about how slowly these guys move..... come on - you would do great buisness if you just made stuff when people ordered it. I will go only when I have time - otherwise it is next door to Starlite!
