Mediocre
Food came quickly enough. I gotta bacon cheeseburger and cheese looked like Kraft singles cheese product, but the burger itself was pretty good. The fries were edible but too crispy, even for fans of crispy fries. Nothing to write home about, but fine until I was finished and wanted the check. Took 10+ minutes after I asked for it to arrive, quite a while before they took my money, and ages longer before I got change. All told, a solid 20 min+ of sitting around waiting after I'd finished my meal. It wasn't even crowded.

Excellent Turkey Burgers!!
I love the Tick Tock Diner. After all these years they haven't changed! Servers are always personable and polite. Food always fresh! TTD Rocks!

Best food bargain in NYC
I have eaten here many times. The food , atmosphere, and service is always good. And you can't beat the prices. Recently we had a full dinner for two including beers( they serve beer and wine) for $42.00. Add to this the location, and the fact that no reservations are required gives you an unbeatable value in Midtown NYC.

poor service
I had dinner at Tic Toc on Saturday after a movie at the theater across the street. Was not very crowded, but the service was not good. I could understand if they were overwhelmingly crowded, but they were not. The waiter put the food on the table and never came back.
