Best delivery quality for the price

I have lived nearby for years, order in frequently and occasionally dine in. Hands down the best quality for the price, always timely delivery, lots of condiments. I don't need the slaw or the slimy pickle in a sandwich bag with my order (I've asked but they always seem to end up with my order) but that's nit-picking.

    Best diner in Hell's Kitchen

My husband and I have been ordering from and dining here for years. Menu offers a great selection and food is consistently good and pleasing (try the lentil soup!). We've tried out other diners in the area, but always happily return to the Theatre Row!

attitude no no! food yes yes!

the waiter made mistake and then he said "ok, whatever!!!" he didn't say "oh sorry i made a mistake or anything" and then he rolled his eyes and walked away i think the food is excelent but the waiters need to turn it down a noch with the attitude!!!

    good prices poor service

i doubt i will go back even though they have low priced breakfast specials. i ordered the 3 pancakes with coffee and orange juice $4.95 plus tax. i was hungry so i ordered the breakfast. i was seated soon after i walked in. the waiter took my order about 3 minutes after sitting down. i got my cup of coffee and orange juice pretty fast. i had to wait a while for the pancakes. they were cold, tuff and not to good. even for a diner the food wasnt good. even worse was the service i had to ask the cashier for a second cup of coffee then the bus boy for a third because the waiter decided to take a break and didnt care about me or did anyone else. the cups are to small.

    Great Service

Two breakfasts and we love the ambiance and the service. Today the waiter remembered that my daughter wanted milk and splenda with coffe and that I wanted tobasco. They were very quick as we were running late both mornings. Food is copious and failrly good. No surprises. Will return.

    What a Find!!

We walked around forever it seemed before finding this little gem. It was clean and the lunch menu was very interesting. It had rained all morning and we were drenched! They could not have been friendlier and more accomodating. There were two lunch menus and one included a soup and a drink. I had the gyro wrap with the tomato soup. It was my first gyro ever and it really hit the spot.My husband had a wrap too which was grilled chicken with portobello mushrooms...it was divine! My daughter had a BLT...boring, but it disappeared. My son had a hamburger which was served with fries. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we were stuffed. Our waiter was very nice and funny and we were treated very well, despite my wet bottom on their vinyl seats. I recommend this place to all. If you are near 42nd street it isn't too hard to find. Not far from Port Authority. Enjoy!

    Our favourite

This was our first trip to New York and we tried several diners in the area during our week here. This was by far the best , both in terms of value, food quality and setting. We had none of the service problems described in other reviews. The staff were perfectly pleasant, The modern, clean setting with its art work decor was a real bonus. Surpassed only by the Pershing Square Cafe ..at twice the price.
