Great Spot
Great happy hour prices. Free food during happy hour. We waited for karaoke to start at 10 pm and had one of the best times we have had out at a bar in a long time! Great staff and service. Definitely coming back!

Karaoke & great times!
The Watering Hole has been under new ownership since 2008 and there really is a change in food quality, service & atmosphere! I used to frequent the place when it was Tracy J's, but was turned off a few years ago. I recently went back to find Tracy J's is now The Watering Hole. To my surprise, the menu has been updated, the staff are super friendly and we had a blast singing karaoke with Michelle! Can't wait to go back & have a karaoke party there!

Nice Service
I used to go here with my friends back in College. Really not a College bar but it is right near Baruch. The owner/staff were always cool and gave us buy backs all the time. Maybe they felt bad for us poor college kids trying to have fun after night classes in one of the most expensive hoods in the world.

Best in City
The nachos with chili and the hot wings are the best in the entire city.

Management doesn't get it?
We came into this bar @ midnight with a party of 15 for a karaoke party. Pretty decent crowd mostly 25-35 year olds. We had an awesome time as legendary performer Josh sang, "Jessie's Girl and Hello". We had one waitress for 70 people. At the end of the night, the manager (a female version of the soup man from Seinfeld), told us there was a 2 drink minimum. Pretty tough to quantify how many people had what considering there was 20-30 people wandering around. Low and behold, she charges us 50+ dollars to hit the drink minimum. But doesn't offer us any drinks for the $$$ paid, was that a deductible. To me, that is bad business. Sorry we dropped $ 200 instead of $300 last night. WIth over 1000 bars in NYC, be a little nicer and respect our business.

Drinks
I went there for drinks and karaoke, and even though I didn't sing, it was a great place to go. The drinks cost what I expected to pay ($10 for a LIIT w/tip), and they were delivered quickly and politely. My friend had his birthday party there, and it was a lot of fun!
