i only ordered a wrap and it took an hour and 40 minutes. the distance from my home to their 7th ave location is 8 minutes. when i called at 30 minute intervals, all i was told was that there was a rush that night and that it would be here in 5 minutes. i'm a lenient person in general, but give me a break.

I have tried just about everthing on the menu and love it all. The one problem is I live in Queens and have to travel all the way to Brooklyn. Please open a location in the LIC, Sunnyside or Woodside area!

I am not a vegan but decided to have brunch here one day with my vegetarian sister and daughter. It was suprisingly good! The Philly Cheese Steak is great, and I enjoyed my Breakfast burrito. Good stuff all around and I would definitely eat here again. The prices are a great value considering vegan cuisine is usually pricey.

not sure what issues previous people had here but this place has some really great options especially for a new vegetarian like myself. food was VERY filling & very tasty & their raw cocoa smoothie was great! i liked the artwork on the walls as well :)

I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Hero and a beer. The beer came immediately and about fifteen minutes later my waiter came to tell me that they were out of hero bread and suggested a wrap version of the sandwich. I was hesitant but the waiter assured me it would be waaay more awesome. So I said ok and waited for the deliciousness. Twenty minutes later, I began to notice that nearly all of the patrons who had recently been seated were getting their meals, and the zinger is that the fella sitting at the table next to me was eating some other hero offered on the menu. What the heckballs... I was so annoyed. A, I still hadn't gotten my own order, and B, this guy ordered his hero 15 minutes after me and is sitting there licking his fingers with joy while I had been told there wasn't any hero bread left. When my food came, I had the sorriest, measly looking wrap laying next to an abnormally large side salad. I looked back with envy at the man sitting next me barely making a dent in half of his sandwich. I left feeling cheated, ignored hungry. I have not been back since, and do not plan to.

Greasy, heavy food, meh salads, poorly presented plates - but the most amazing thing was that we received an appetizer that didn't look like what we had ordered - empenadas - but since there were empenadas on the plate along with other things, and the waiter rushed off as soon as he put the plate down we figured ok, this is it. We started to eat. Didn't like the empenadas - very heavy going - but liked something else (maybe a 'chicken nugget'?) on the plate and were eating them just as another waiter came over and said, oh, that's not yours - we were mid-bite - and he took it away without another word! They'd given us someone else's appetizer, which they then REPLATED and gave to another table, to our right - and never mentioned it to us again. I kid you not. Other lackluster, disappointing food - that we did order - arrived. We paid, we left, laughed, we said NEVER never again.

I love this restaurant. I am a struggling vegan and I could eat happily here everyday. I have had the empanadas - omg delicious. the squash soup, the kale, tofu, quinoa dish and a few others all equally good. I wish there was a v spot in manhattan as I don't live in brooklyn and can't go as often as I'd like .
