Sort of Average
Nice place with a small outdoor deck in the back. The food is pretty standard as are the taps and the drinks. Nothing special but not bad in a pinch.

Not Your Average Bar
Went for lunch before theater with 4 friends and everyone LOVED it. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was wonderful. We got a sampling of mussels, salad, sliders, flatbread pizza & fried calamari. The service was friendly and accommodating. Great value too. Would recommend it.

Not recommended
Went here for HH with crew from work. It is very standard in terms of beer offerings even though they have a ton of tapas. It is mostly variations of Bud/Miller etc.. which the guys were not too pleased with. Drinks were ok but the food left a lot to be desired. They do have plenty of space for a big group which is nice and the waitress put up with us well. I just think there are so many better options in the area.

Great!
Been here a few times now, finally the three monkeys get it right in midtown north. Think it's Irish owned but this place is no Irish pub! Food hits the spot. Some plates I'd skip but the mussels, short ribs and wings are awesome! They have 30 or 40 draft beers!! Impressive! Definitely the best in the area. Barstaff were cool and later they have a DJ. This place rocks!

Actually
I have to disagree with the below review about the food. This is standard bar food, mostly frozen and then fried. I do agree the outdoor deck is nice and the place has ample space and TVs. The bartenders are attentive but I would not go here expecting good food or beer. What they serve is very standard and it is not cheap. Not sure how someone could say this is the "best around" unless they are part owner.

Great bar with way above standard bar food
This is one of my favourite bars in NY. Great ambience with ample flat screens and a perfect lay out for the sports fan. Bar upstairs a little more intimate with outdoor deck which will be fantastic in the summer. The food is not the standard bar grub. A little fancier than the norm with reasonable prices. Burgers and wings are on the menu though. The sliders are wonderful as are the flat breads and salads for lunch. Yet to have dinner there, but will set that straight soon. Good bartenders and atmosphere. If in the theatre district, it's the best around for food and drink.
