Below average
Not worth it,, you wait for ever and it is too much money. the space it tight, people bumbing into you, you hear every word of the people next to you. The menu is so limited, not worth the wait, good beer though, but it is 12 a glas...

A Great Place!
My wife and I have been here many times before, regulars, when it first opened. Then it was a "little to popular", but today was outstanding! Just like it was when it first opened. Kate, you are a "DOLL", it was so nice to see you running the show today. The food was a ten, the service, a ten, what more can we say? Try all the food, and all the drinks, it is just a great time! Thanks for the shirt. This is one of The Best Places in NYC.

Don't bother...
Don't think I'll go back to this place. The food was fine - I had the cuban sandwich (way too much dressing on the side salad) and my brother had a burger (not so fond of the tiny fries), however, the service was pretty bad. The waiter was way too cool for school and seemed to be pretty impressed with himself and not at all concerned with providing good customer service. The prices were alittle high for what we received although I expected that when we arrived. Wouldn't bother if I were you...too many other great places in the city!

It's the beer..
Just about the only place in New York you can get a pint of Ale served at the correct temperature, you can get hamburgers anywhere. Worth it for that fact alone.

Poor service
The burgers here are great so we were happy to wait for a table even though only the limited brunch menu was available. We knew we wanted to try their dessert special, but were happy to leave since our waiter kept us waiting far too long. He was unresponsive to us as soon as our burgers arrived. After sitting at our table for an hour and a half, we decided to skip dessert and get out. Our waiter didn't even offer it to us when we finally managed to tell him we were finished with our burgers. On top of it all, he wasn't even pleasant. If you can deal with a staff full of attitude and afford to spend your whole afternoon waiting, then dine here. Otherwise, it's not worth it.

Not great value
Disappointing. And how does one eat their shoe string potatoes - they're so thin and a complete pain in the rear to eat ...would be easier drink them out of glass.

Overpriced and poor service
My husband and had to wait over 20 min on a sunday at 11pm, ordered burgers ($15 each) fine but when the waiter arrived with our order he mentions sorry we are out of buns. Can you imagine a hamburger with no bun and no option to decline the order. I was certain that the waiter would have at least appoligized, but no such luck. The menu is limited and overpriced, skip it.
