Here goes the neighborhood!
Spectacular addition to the N.Y. Public Library area. The food was fresh and well-prepared and the service impeccable. It will be a regular for me.

Atmosphere better than food
I dined at The Shop for lunch and must say the atmosphere is a welcome addition to the midtown lunch scene. The tomato soup was hearty and delicious. The seared salmon small plate had a nice presentation and the black pepper on the crust was great but the salmon was drenched in butter or oil. Overall a good experience.
