    Nothing special

Ordered a wrap. Halfway through making it, they told me they were out if the main ingredient. Entire clove of garlic in the hummus. Flavors were meh. Friendly service, though not very helpful. If this was at a rest area, I'd be happy to see it. In Manhattan? Not so much.

    Very disappointed

Went here recently, and although I really wanted to like it, it definitely fell short. I eat very healthy food like this all the time, so i know this stuff, which made me even more disappointed. Okay, specifics:  the whole wheat wrap was extremely dry, mealy and tasteless.  The bison meatballs were extremely overcooked, leaving them also very dry and tasteless, and basically gray-colored.  The hummus was also dry and tasteless, and as it's offered as one of the "healthy fat" choices, it makes it even problematic that it's so dry.  And to top it off, the sauces they give you on the side are also dry and lifeless. So even though I would say they have a good concept, it just doesn't work in the end.

    Overpriced

I went here for a late lunch oneday and found that the food was okay for the price you pay for it. I also had to wait extra long to get someone to even help me. They claim to be really healthy, but I really don't think they are any better/worse than many of the cafes/restaurants in NYC. Overall, don't waste your money on hype and a good marketing scheme.

    Great Health Food

This is a good healthy restaurant/chipotle style dining place. Check out their website, their entire m.o is that they offer really nutritious good tasting food. I ate there the other day and their wrap is more like a burrito, but it was tasty and filling. Had I gotten the "plate" I probably would have had leftovers for an afternoon snack or dinner. Its a great place for those who are health conscious.

    American Burittos

Pretty much like all the Mexican chains that are popping up, except with American food. It was pretty good, but nothing special. I got the Turkey with mushrooms, which was a good combo. I'll definitely be heading back to this place, but won't be going back tomorrow. Either way, nice addition. One thing though, the sweet potato chips are not good at all. Seasoning was okay, but they were not crispy at all and it was pretty much impossible to bite through. It seems like they just assumed people would buy them because the concept of sweet potato chips sounds good, but the execution is poor.
