    Good Healthy Food

I tried this place for the first time today and I was pleasantly suprised. I ordered the "platter", but without the brown rice... I got chicken, steamed baby spinach and steamed French beans with their red pepper sauce on the side. The chicken was very nice - not dry at all. The vegis were great - cooked perfectly (the beans snapped when you bit one so you can tell they were not overcooked). This cost $8.50. That seems expensive but when you think about it, it's really not. A bag of baby spinach at the grocery is like $5 and steamed, it cooks down to prob. around the amount that I was given. I think this is a wonderful place to get "REAL" food. If someone wanted to eat clean and lean all the time, then they could go here for every meal!

Not worth it, well the smoothie is

I ordered the plate salad and baked falafel. the guy breaks the falafel up making look nasty and not edible and charge you for hummus on top of the price of the of plate (small portion) and they don't even add a pita on the side. NOT WORTH $$$ and the taste and quality completely lacked.
