I am always trying to eat healthy and it's very difficult to do when you want to eat out, but at The Pump, it doesn't matter what you order...you're going to be eating healthy. And you won't even feel like it's health food! Everything is delicious and very reasonably priced- especially for the quality of the food. I could literally eat here every day and never get sick of the food. The woman at the register at the 31st street Pump is amazing. She is so friendly, helpful, and always remembers you! There should be more Pumps all over the country!

I am obsessed with the Pump. Finally, I've found a place where I can get a fresh, delish, and HEALTHY lunch! It's the best chicken in town.

I learned about the pump very recently and now I am obsessed. I order it at least 4 times a week and could really eat it every day. Their new yorker sandwich kicks butt and fills me up. It is very satisfying and tastes wonderful going down. The hummus is extraordinary. Eat the pump and enjoy.

The Pump has fantastically married two great things in this city Food and Looking good (not an easy task). With their low carb and low sodium, but great-tasting menu it is easy for anyone to stick with ANY diet. Thanks Pump and keep it up!

They are nice and the food is awesome. There is a great selection wherein ANYONE can find something to eat. Vegetarian, kosher, dieters, non-dieters! This restuarant has become one of my old faithfuls. Highly recommended!

The pump gives it's guests exactly what they should expect from a natural, healthy, clean restaurant. Solid food, fast delivery and hearty portions..

The Pump is outstanding if you eat healthy. I went to the FCI in NYC and I loved going to The Pump for a break from the fattening French cuisine. I am back in Texas, and when my father visits NYC on buisness, I always ask him to bring back some cookies and muffins. The only thing that could improve is the seating availability, but they do deliver.
