    Long wait, good food

If you don't mind ordering 1-1.5 hours before you'd like to eat, this place is a good value. 45 minutes before you pick up is recommended. Food is always fresh, but 1 hour to get a sandwhich makes you think...how fresh does it need to be?!

    Taste great/Feel great!

No- it is not gourmet haute cuisine! But it is simple and delicious and you won't feel like you need an afternoon nap! The lemon chicken salad and pita are fantastic (with white balsamic) and the hummus is outrageous! Im not a fat-free taste-free kind of diner- this is really good, really cheap and really healthy!

    Great Cheap and Healthy

For a quick healthy and inexpensive lunch, the Pump is the way to go. Its a menu you want to 'experiment' with, but the basics (#42, #50, et) they have perfected. They fill you up and are yummy especially considering how natural the ingredients are. The ice cream is great, as are the shakes too. I order from them for lunch everyday!

maybe 'healthy' but definitely not tasty

I ordered lunch from here, mainly because my neighbors have talking about it and I wanted to see what the fuss was all about. My delivery order was not only 45 minutes long, but the food was cold and tasted like dried out cardboard. It looked like it was thrown together in an earthquake and thought it may claim to be healthy, I would not be surprised if it were compared to some of the food at McDonald's. The oil they use in the salad and cooking tasted a like it was recycled and the vegetables taste nothing like the organic/ pesticides free one's I buy at the store. I would never order from there again.

    Pretty good

Ordered delivery to work and it was pretty good. The delivery took a little long and the chicken was a little dry but that is because it is cooked with all the fat taken out so its better for you. The hummus was pretty decent and my salad was humongous with a ton of dressing on the side (i hate when places give you one tiny dressing container and after one piece of lettuce its gone). The oil and vinegar with herb dressing was awesome couldnt even tell it was non fat mozz. My only complaint is why dont they tell you the nutrituion info if its healthy? dying to know about the hummus.
