Fresh squeezed is really bottled
Sometimes I go there for a bagel or a grilled cheese and it is fine. But twice now I got a "fresh Squeezed orange Juice" for $3.50...and I know that it was tropicana or something. Definitely NOT fresh squeezed

Best In Chelsea!
I know it's hard to please everyone. I see some other reviews about poor service. I guess it all depends what people's standard of what good service is. I think food place should be clean, get your order right and tasty. This place has all. I am very picky person when it comes to food, especially if I am going to give it to my kids. I am always confident that I am getting good, healthy food for my kids and staff are very nice here. BTW, they have the best coffee ever. I don't know what they carry, but their coffee is really good and must try. Exceptional taste and aroma. Of course, they always have my favorite kind of sandwiches!

Fab place
Ive been going to the pantry deli for almost 5 years. Its the neighborhood local- and the staff are super friendly- on first name basis with a warm hello in the morning. The food is overpriced but I guess thats real estate in chelsea. The place is very clean and well organized. And delivery is fast.

Not recommended
My entire company stopped ordering from Pantry solely because of the order taker. He was consistently RUDE to anyone placing an order. He would scream at the staff and hang up when he is done. If the order is wrong he tells you its your fault and he does not make mistakes. Dont even think about asking to speak with the manager because he is going to instruct you to give him a message.

Awesom
My Office has been eating here for 5 years. We have it nicknamed as "The Awesome Deli", The Lunch Buffet is WONDERFUL and always CLEAN and YUMMY! They make the sandwiches and other hot foods right in front of you so you see that they are always clean and respectful of your food. Also the Assortment of nuts and things is always quite large for a "deli". THANK YOU!!

overpriced!
The food isnt bad, but they never get the order right, and they charge $2.00 extra on every item on weekends! How Ridiculous!
