I go there many time and they can't cook my steak right. It's always come over cook so I order a 5 ps lobster. I was playing that they won't over cook it. I go there for lobster not for steak. One time me and my friends went there for birthday party and we ordered surf and tuff, that was very disappointing cos everything was so dry. This place is not for me when I want a good steak.

My wife and i were looking for nice easy going lunch.Happened upon here.The Prix Fixe lunch (steak) was excellent.The staff were friendly and the service was good.No rush.Meal came cooked correct and it was very good.The dessert,chocolate Cake was out of this world.We had a very good experience and will return.

A truly disappointing lunch experience. We arrived at 11:30 am to an empty restaurant. (I know NYers eat later, but every other restaurant nearby was packed. This should have been our first warning sign.) We were seated right away, but the waiter told us that almost nothing in the kitchen was ready. Ordered a burger (that should be simple enough). Asked for medium. Took 30 minutes and was RARE. Not med. rare. RARE. Though the place remained virtually empty the entire time we hardly saw our waiter. The staff stayed at the bar talking. Oh, and lunch for 3 people (we're talking burgers and fries, no alcohol and no coffee): $80. Are you kidding me?

The entire experience was extraordinary . . . where do I begin! First of all, we were cheerily greeted by the manager/host, which is nice for women, who are sometimes not as seemingly welcomed as are men (shame on restaurants who make that mistake, as I have been in the business and am happy to leave a generous tip when I am treated as a valued guest). We were seated in a very nice-sized booth that could have easily accommodated a party of four. Next, our waiter, Ibrahim, was terrific. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to anticipate our every need! Something so simple as remembering that I like water with no ice was effortless for him, whereas at most restaurants, I have to constantly remind the staff. Ibrahim paced our order perfectly, even though one of us eats particularly slowly, while the other eats too fast! Even the other waiters in our area were delightfully friendly. The current restaurant week offering was both delicious and a terrific bargain. I was so satisfied - make that thrilled - with the evening that I eagerly joined the 837 Club and plan to make many return visits to Palm Too. Nothing against the Palm across the street, but “Too” is my favorite!

I went here this past Saturday night. We were a group of six, and we ordered the Filet Mignon and Lobster specials. A four pound lobster, two 9 oz filet's, 2 caesar or house salads, 2 sides- hash browns and creamed spinach. The hash browns were huge, and they were delicious. The deal was a dinner for two for $89- to get the 4lb lobster you had to pay an additional $32 (the deal came with a two pounder). The food was fantastic, we still have dinner for another night. The portions were absolutely tremendous. You cannot find a better deal in the city for quality and quantity of food. The desserts, however were not very good. I also had a crab cocktail, which was very good. The filet's were soft like butter, and the lobster was sweet and juicy. Overall, it was an excellent dinner.

I ordered the lamb chops. They were very fatty and smelled real bad. I've had lamb chops a couple of dozen times and this was by far the worst. For the price, it's not worth it. Service was decent -nothing spectacular. I would not go back to this place again.

This is the first time I am reviewing a restaurant, but the meal was so poor, I feel compelled. The short story is that the best part of my meal last night was that I didn't have to pay. We went to the Palm Too for my father in law's birthday last night. The service was good and the atmosphere was as expected. The food, however, was not good and the prices were high. The portions of steak were embarrassingly small. The quality of steak was mediocre at best. The side dished were all greasy, except for the creamed spinach, which was soupy. The clams casino were tasty (albeit a little oily). The only good part of the meal for me was vodka and the molten chocolate cake. However, the chocolate cake was served with iced cream that was frozen and had chunks of ice in it. In fact as I write this review I am realizing that this restaurant is quite sub-par!
