Really, it's not bad for a Pizzeria.
Zesty's is, after all a Pizzeria. Not a professional ristorante italiano. If you are craving a quick slice of pizza, a nice salad, or a scrumptious lasagna... Zesty's is a way to go!! It's called Zesty's Pizzeria and Deli and that's what it is. There is really nothing wrong with the pizza or any other food. Zesty's really is a delicious, quick option!

disappointing service, mediocre pizza
I've ordered from this place on several occasions they're either late with the delivery or don't come at all. The pizza is nothing special. I wouldn't order from them again.

Standard slice place
There isn't anything special about Zesty's. It's a standard super casual fast food slice-of-pizza kind of place, not really a restaurant. The pizza is OK, not great, and it's open late. One can find better pizza in the area but if you are near Zesty's, want a slice, and want it now, well, there you go.

like the pizza, but not really "zesty"
i like the pizza, particularly the crust (it's a bit lighter than most pizza shops), but the sauce isn't really "zesty"... though it does have a nice sweetness to it. they REALLY need to add a Caesar salad to the menu though. :)

No quality control
From many purchases I can now summarize - sometimes the pizza is burnt and mushy with no structure and sometimes it can be quite good. The manager should figure out WHY! Some chefs also make the pizza much better than others.

subpar pizzza
ive only tasted the pizza ,quite a few times i might add, and just no good...the crust seems to still be raw at times gooey , i must agree wouldnt touch their pizza.

The Best!
One of the best on the upper east side! The sauce is Great, the crust is just crusty/doughy enough and the ingredients fresh and piled on. Delivery is quick and hot. All you could ask for in a pizzaria.
