    Cozy, delicious, healthy

What more do you want from a restaurant? Food tasted gourmet and had very unique seasoning. The portabella lasagna was amazing, and the broccoli soup wasn't bad either. Veggie burger was heavenly. Portions were very sizeable, and both my boyfriend and I took home our leftovers. Our waiter was very polite, and even brought two candles to our table instead of one. Total for two entrees and a bowl of soup with 15% gratuity: $26. We left feeling stuffed but with healthy food. Pretty darn good.

    Hit or Miss

I've been to Organic Grill a few times in the past year. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's eh. I love the vegan tofu omelette and my boyfriend enjoyed the challah french toast. The times I've ordered sandwiches (such as the house made veggie burger) though were not as good. I recommend their breakfast foods and in addition to the food, service is definitely hit or miss.

    Good food, excellent service

I went there last week and the service was excellent, so I don't know if something has changed or what. Attentive waiter, quick service, water refills, AND free vegan chocolate mousse with the check (I noticed every table got this). I just ordered a gazpacho soup and salad, both were very good. I wish this place had more inexpensive ($7-9) entrees though. Still, the ambience was very good...some couples on dates, some friends, and me, totally comfortable eating and reading alone at the table. They played great music (but not too loud) and the food is truly healthy, not fake-healthy like a lot of these greasy vegan places. This place kinda feels like a secretly awesome little place that only you know about. I'll be back there for brunch.

Yup grill's organic, the service is fried

I wish the service here would drink some jolt or buya clue. I agree, it always seems to surprise the waitstaff when a customer actually wants something.. like food for instance. Too bad. We need all the non-pesticided neurotoxic food we can get here in ny. Please wake up and smell the spearment if not the java. ps the atmosphere pts. would rise along with everything else if you would.

    Ditto on the service...ok food

The service at this restaurant was so poor it was comical. The waitress was nice enough, but seemed to not realize what her job entailed. Coffee and water refills were only granted if you could get her attention, and then she was almost surprised by the request. You can be made to wait an excessively long time for your food, which is sometimes delicious (depending on what you order) but not spectacular and not worth the wait. My boyfriend ordered the french toast, and soy sausage, which was very tasty. I had a couple pieces of toast (how can you screw up toast?) and an egg -- the toast was dry and the waitress did not offer me anything to put on it. I'd say they have some potential if they could get their act together.

    Food good, service needs improvement

I have had some shady service here, but my last meal about a month ago, I had a very pleasant waiter to go along with the very nice meal. I got the veggie burger, I've found that you can't really go wrong with the sandwiches. The homefries, salad and cole slaw are always good as well. So aside from the crapshoot service, this place remains one of my old faithfuls for some good, reasonably priced veg food.

    I love this place!!

The food is amazing. It's fresh and all organic. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The staff is very cool. The music they play is great too. I recommend this place to all vegans and vegetarians and anyone who loves good people, good music, and great tasting food.
