The Nuaa consistently serves delicious, well-prepared, beautifully presented Thai food. And it is surprisingly authentic...I say that because most Manhattan Thai places adjust their food to suit Western tastes. The Nuaa serves real Thai food. Perfectly spiced at the right level. The food is clean and clear in flavors. Excellent cocktails and the nicest wait staff on the planet!! So happy this is in the neighborhood.

Great food, courteous service staff, nice atmosphere. My only criticism is that it does not seem very welcoming from outside - the windows are dimmed, and the massive wooden doors, resembling gates, are closed shut. Once you enter however, you instantaneously are made feel comfortable by the staff. Highly recommend. Happy hour is from 5 to 7 during the week. They serve really nice strong drinks and delicious cheap snacks, like 3-dollar duck breast or pork belly buns - yummm.

The chef really knows his flavors and the presentation is elegant. A modern comfortable room as well. I tried so many Thai restaurants and this is the best in NYC.

This place is hard to find. The sign is too small, the doors are completely curtained off, and unless you are looking for it, it is easy to walk right past it. But let me tell you, don't be stupid like I was and walk past it for the 8 months that it has been open. Go inside! You will be treated to a really fresh, delicious, and health Thai meal. I usually order standard benchmarks like shrimp pad thai and tom yum soup when I try out a new Thai place. Let me just say they were the best I have ever had. The shrimp were huge and fresh, not frozen and thawed. Attention to details is abundant, like the glass noodle crispy rolls impaled on a beautiful bed of fish sauce. Another thing is I did not taste even a trace of MSG. Even the decor is a notch or two above most places. My only criticism is that the background music was slightly louder than I like, but still, it wasn't so loud as to get in the way of conversation. In short, this is a terrific new Thai restaurant -- you will love it!

Went here for the first time on Friday night. Beautiful decor. Bartender was super nice and attentive. Hostess was very welcoming. The food was terrific. Am definitely going back soon.
