Never fails to disappoint
If only the food was as good as the atmosphere and art direction. Food is consistently so-so and the burger is a disappointment. My wife likes the matzo ball soup and the milkshakes, though. I keep wanting to like the place and order from there from time to time in the hope that it magically improves. Will report back if any magic occurs.

Yummy food, slow delivery
Food was tasty, but the delivery took over 1 hour. If you're willing to wait, it's worth it. If you want your food fast, order elsewhere.

Unbelievably poor service
Every single time I have ordered from this place, without fail, they have completely screwed up my order. One time, I ordered a steak and they brought me a giant hamburger in the shape of a steak. Tonight, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, honey mustard and onion rings and they brought me a sandwich with mozzarella, red peppers and waffle fries. Do not order from them unless you want to be angry once you look in the bag.

Best salad platters
Travel to St. Clair's from another nabe just for their excellent salad platters, i.e., shrimp salad, tuna, etc. Best cole slaw, potato salad, etc. Veg. omelet good, too. Very accomodating re substitutes.

Poor delivery
I've twice ordered from this restaurant and on both occasions my order was screwed up. The first time, I ordered a hamburger and they brought me a cheeseburger. Not the end of the world, but I don't eat cheeseburgers and it's not what I ordered. They brought me a replacement at no charge, which was commendable, but it still was annoying. The next time I ordered a skirt steak. Instead of a steak, I kid you not, they brought me a giant hamburger in the shape of a steak. If they didn't have a steak and they needed to substitute something, they should have friggin' called me back and asked what I wanted. Instead: ground beef, mashed together into a giant whatever it was. Completely inappropriate and unforgivable. I will never order from them again.

Amazing
Great place for delivery. Quick, efficient, courteous and the food is really good. A little pricey.

Don't bother
Long long story short, we had to wait 45 minutes for 2 omelettes, people who sat down 35 minutes after us were served first, one dish was brought out cold 5 minutes before the other dish, the waiter ignored us, was unfriendly when we asked where our food was, and didn't offer to do anything to make up his mistake to us. Plus the food is unecessarily expensive and their pricing makes no sense. They charge $8.50 for 2 eggs and bacon, but $9.25 for 3 eggs, bacon, ham AND sausage. The food was decent, but not worth it at all.
